EURegionsWeek 2022: invitation to the kick off meeting

The European Week of Regions and Cities (#EURegionsWeek) is the biggest annual Brussels-based event dedicated to cohesion policy. It has grown to become a unique communication and networking platform, bringing together regions and cities from all over Europe, including politicians, administrators, experts and academics. Over the last 18 years, it has done much to promote policy learning and the exchange of good practice.

This year’s edition of #EURegionsWeek will focus on 4 main themes: 

• Green transition
• Territorial Cohesion
• Digital transition and 
• Youth empowerment (ahead of 2022 European Year of Youth) 

It will also include special celebrations for the 20th anniversary of the #EURegionsWeek. 

The application process will be launched at the kick-off meeting of 3 February, where the EURegionsWeek organisers’ team will present the different particularities of the application content and the event’s format.
