Watch the Doctor - WTF

WTD is an app designed for people with heart conditions.More specifically we have created this app where the user fills in a ''patient profile'' and then the app is connected with a biometrical watch via bluetooth.This smartwatch has been manifactured with certain materials which can record with great accuracy the patient's blood presure.After the necessary mesaurments are made all the data are being transferred to the app through bluetooth.The purpose of WTD is not only to track the patient's everyday blood pressure but also warn the user if her/his life is in danger and also notify the appropriate authorities(doctors) or/and family members.
Ιn order for this project to succeed, there must be a specialized personel in medical nanotechnology and as well as in cardiology. Specifically, we need engineers who are majored in the field of nanotechnology. Their main job will be to make a biomedical watch that will have a ECG sensors on his lower part. Afterwards, the cardiologists will judge how appropriate it is to accurately measure the person's blood pressure.
For starters, the market we are targeting first is Europe. This is because our initial budget is made for a smaller audience, however, as soon as we manage to bring in the corresponding revenues, we intend to expand to Asia and eventually internationally.
Τhe main revenue mechanisms will be the application we have created and also the sale of the biometric watch.Firstly the device will be sold in shops with medical products or in shops with new technologies and its price will rise to 150 euros.
the application will be free for the first two weeks of its use and afterwards the user will have to pay an amount of 50 euros per month.
Οur team consists of several people who are specialized in various fields such as engineering, IT, medicine and finance. Each one has a distinct and decisive role in the creation and sale of our idea.The staff that has been chosen have a lot of experience in their field due to years of work on it. Ηowever we made sure to bring new people into this project because we believe that job opportunities should be given to younger people and also due to their fresh minds will bring innovative ideas.
What makes our idea so special is the fact that it is not just a biometric watch and an application, but much more. Initially, the purpose of the watch is to create a daily patient file (which is saved in the application automatically) so that not only to record the daily functioning of the user's heart but also to warn the user if something is not working properly.
