The offering:
It is common knowledge that in big cities of Europe such as Athens,Rome,Paris etc., finding space to park is almost impossible during rush hours.People lose productive hours trying to find parking every day which has a negative effect to many companies.Also we cannot ignore the fact that the frustration and stress every persons develops during the procedure of trying to find parking ,most of the times follows him into work and can affect his productivity significantly.

After taking into consideration these facts we came up with the idea of ParkIn in order to try and solve the parking problem in European countries and promote affordable parking while keeping the vehicle safe.The main goal of ParkIn is to collaborate with governments and use parking spaces that have already been utilized for public parking with a fee.We aim to introduce a new method of parking using IoT technologies such as AI cameras and sensors.Furthermore we plan to utilize our cameras as a safety valve where we will send part of the footage to the local authorities in cases of crimes in order to crack the case.

The need:
The need our idea meets is the difficulty of finding a place to park and minimize as much as possible the phenomenon of illegal parking that costs both residents and employees a considerable amount of money.The thing is that if people knew where to find a place, the incidents of illegal parking would reduce significantly.Moreover we cannot bypass the fact that finding a place to park easily would reduce the carbon dioxide emissions in the air and would change for the better the psychology of the driver.

Revenue mechanism:
Payment plans
1. Standard: Every customer will pay the standard fee which will be equivalent to about ? for ? of parking.Fees may differ depending the parking space location.
2.We will apply a fidelity program for customers who will use the app frequently.

The app itself would be able to easily search and find the nearest and most accessible parking space.
Reduce traffic congestion since searching for a parking place in a city can last up to 20 minutes.
User-friendly software that focuses on the needs of a driver.This will limit to the maximum the interaction between the driver and their smartphone.
It’s the only app that offers visual presentation of the free spaces in the center of the big cites.

13. Climate Action

One of our main goals that led us to this idea is that if cars found a faster way to park,They will spent less time on the roads and as a result less carbon dioxide emissions would be released to the atmosphere and we help reduce the carbon footprint of big cities.And we know that one car wont make a difference.But we believe that there strength in numbers.So if thousands of cars stopped operating faster everyday the carbon dioxide emissions would reduce considerably.
