The business is structured as an " LLC " Limited liability company (locally known as SARL), operating under the entrepreneur Aya Zineb, who specializes and is experienced in business administration.
Considering to the facilities provided in the sector under the supervision of the Algerian Ministry of Trade, we chose Algeria as a location to establish our business, providing high visibility and a large flow of customers (The Africa's gateway to the global market, especially the Arab region and Europe), and will be launched on 10 October 2022 as planned.
Worcato defines its target market as global workforce including employers and employees as well as the talented and experienced unemployed ages 18–60 interested in working.
Our vision is to retain a professional and sustainable workforce, which is the purpose of designing "Worcato" to address the problem of layoffs that companies resort to during times of lower demand or when the needs of the business and its financial health dictate.
The focus is to meet or exceed the customer's expectations for an exceptional service wholeheartedly. Thus, we will be able to maintain and increase the level of customer satisfaction, as a strong foundation for future growth.

A recent poll of 114 human resources and business professionals conducted by the Guelph Chamber of Commerce, reveals that rise in layoffs points to slowing economic growth. That makes any company keeps its skilled workers long-term, the employees avoid the stress and upheaval of layoffs, and partnering businesses experience the same benefits at their companies. A positive return on the economy of countries in controlling the scourge of layoffs.
