Sustainable Building Design

Considering the global crisis for energy sources, a huge part of construction system is focused on building industrial, residential and commercial objects enriched with energetic efficiency. As a serious company, we are strongly interested in employing a construction engineer, since we have a mechanical engineer (for thermal engineering). Our aim is to contribute on lowering the spendings related to electrical energy and reduce air pollution. We are planning to achieve our goals by installing warming systems, cooling systems and ventilation systems (HVAC), which are known for their high energetic efficiency. By installing solar panels and analyzing the overall structure of objects we will recommend the proper isolation and proper warming system.
Our duty as a company is to make calculations and the planning of the required system, so the installation process will be done by another company, since our company still doesn’t have a huge number of employees, which we sincerely hope to improve in the future and expand our working surface in the field of installing by participating as observes, because the laws of our country do not allow a planning company to do the monitoring at the same time, so we have to finish our work according to the laws of our country. In cooperation with other companys we can superviseof the projects they will implement.
Our company firstly will be fully concetrated on the domestic market in North Macedonia, till the day that our country joins the European Union, an event that would make possible to join the international market and lighten our path to cooperate with other countries, trade ideas and projects etc. The home of the company would still be in North Macedonia.
Firstly our company will have to pay monthly spending such as bills, about which we will be making a plan on their management. A certain sum of money will be used to secure equipment for the working process and development of our offices.
Me, as a founder of this company can confirm my abilities and experience on the installation process of warming, cooling and ventilation systems. I have participated in various big projects related to this field and I will also use the experience I have gained from studies in university.
The keys of success will be Employees in addition to the professional side must also have good communication skills, create a good work environment, and thus will: renew productivity and avoid misunderstandings between the team, exchange of ideas about work, clients will request not only simple installation of these systems, but they also will have the right to challenge our engineers into working harder by requiring systems that despite the fact that they fulfill their primary duties such as bringing energy, heating or cooling, also they will have to fulfill their secondary duties such as reduction of air pollution, high electrical efficiency, lowered spendings etc.
I have also secured international bonds with some foreing engineers, who in the future can be helpful by sharing their experiences with us and make us work harder, be better and help us in emergency cases.
