Solar photovoltaic power plant
						Description
					Solar panels work by receiving it through solar cells
the heat from the Sun which is then transformed into electricity.
Photovoltaic cells are made of semiconductor materials and as the most famous
material of manufacture is crystalline silicon, monocrystalline and polycrystalline cells. From
one photovoltaic cell receives power from 1 to 4 W, at a voltage of 0.6 V outdoors
circuit. A set of multiple (36) serially bound photovoltaic cells constructed with
aluminum frame represent a photovoltaic module. In this case the voltage will be
gain is 21.6 V. In order to obtain higher DC voltages of the photovoltaic
a network-connected system uses 54, 60 or 72 cells. Photovoltaic or
solar panel is a set of multiple modules that are connected in parallel in order to obtain
larger current that is placed on a load-bearing structure. Solar panels have
direct current and direct current and such kind of current and voltage can not be
handed over to consumers therefore there is a need to use inverters. They do
conversion of DC voltages and currents into alternating current. One inverter is
mounts on one photovoltaic panel or on several modules.
The power plant that is considered in this business plan aims to
create electricity from solar radiation. It will be located in
Technological Industrial Development Zone (TIDZ) Ilinden, Skopje.
The vision of this business plan is:
Construction of a power plant that does not endanger the environment
- Power plant with high financial performance
-Creating new jobs
Required staff
• Director
• Electrical engineer
• Three maintenance workers
• Accountant
In the construction process there will be a need for a construction company that will implement it
. SWOT analysis
-Advantages:
• Increasing the production of electricity in Macedonia;
• Environmentally friendly.
Weaknesses:
• Dependence on weather changes;
• Dependence on solar radiation.
Opportunities:
• Opportunity to sell thermal energy;
• Possibility to expand the headquarters.
Threats:
• Amendment of the law on purchase of electricity;
• Inflation
Annual costs
This power plant does not need to use electricity for its operation,
therefore, the biggest annual expenses are the salaries of the employees that will be
70000 € / year The bills for the business building will be similar to those for a three bedroom apartment
because it is a small space (100).
Annual income
As stated in the project above, the main goal of this plant is to produce
electricity and thus, the main and only income will be the sale of
the electricity that is produced. Annual production of electricity
power plant is 4681.7MW / year. Because the plant has an installed capacity of
3MW price per kWh is 0.12 €, which follows that the annual sales revenue is 561810.6 € /
год.
The annual net profit is determined by deducting it from the annual income
annual costs and in this case it is 491810.6 € / year. with the possibility of a small discount which
is explained in the annual costs.
Risk analysis
Risks that may occur during the construction of the plant
• Additional cost for network connection if the nearest substation is
overloaded
• Increasing the cost of construction works and installation of equipment.
Risks that may occur during the operation of the plant
• Less energy production
• Reduction of the preferential tariff
• Unforeseen damage or breakdown of equipment
