Every year, humanity pays more and more attention to environmental protection. The popularity of eco-friendly, environmentally friendly products made from (or using) renewable sources is growing: hybrid cars and electric vehicles, healthy food without the use of genetically modified organisms and more. This also affected the packaging materials. In many countries, supermarkets offer a choice of free bags made of paper and other sustainable materials, or a paid plastic (polyethylene) bag. Some countries completely abolish plastic packaging, using paper and textiles instead. Existing production facilities are being redesigned in accordance with new market demands. Today, one of the most promising business directions is the production of paper bags, which remains the most environmentally friendly and affordable alternative to plastic packaging.
Demand for paper packaging is growing. Including because there is a huge amount of materials prohibited for packaging in plastic bags. For example, a large number of food products (flour and sugar), charcoal for grills (here the paper bag carries a double load: it is also used for ignition), some building materials (plaster, alabaster, cement, etc.) and much more. The activity of "Manila Paper" is the production of paper bags, they will be produced and can be used again and again and can be sent to certain other paper mills and renewed in new paper. Paper bags are recyclable and therefore they are a true friend of the environment. The production of paper bags is important for us, but also for our environment. Unlike plastic bags, they are easily degraded and do not remain in nature. I would like to start this business idea first in my country, and later I could increase the production and expand the delivery market. The idea for this business idea comes from the fact that in our country in the last year this topic is quite current and in trend. As in other countries, we are gradually moving towards the use of paper bags. The demand at this moment is huge, and the market is quite weak, ie few companies are engaged in the production of this type of bags. For a start, my plan is to start producing 3 types of paper bags, and later, with the increase of the market, to expand my range. My main goals for the first year are:
To increase the production from small series to large series production in one year
To be exported to foreign countries
Yes to increase company revenue by 30%
Employ more people
Expand the range of paper products
This business plan is about the consumer market. Because as we have already mentioned, we start the business from scratch and in the future we will strive to turn it into an industrial market which will increase both production and revenue.
In addition, the market segments that we will serve will be listed:
-GEOGRAPHICAL - Within S. Р. Macedonia, which is in the range of about 2 million people.
-DEMOGRAPHIC - All consumers, regardless of age, gender, status, etc.
-PSYCHOLOGICAL - Since our company will offer two types of products with prints at the request of the consumer, we will not be limited in this area, because everyone will have the opportunity to order what you have already imagined.
-BEHEVIORISTIC - The decision to buy the product is made by the buyers themselves, most often they choose products that have a longer shelf life, a product that adapts to their interests and desires, here they will have that opportunity to choose.
