My business idea is built upon designing fire extinguishers that consist of metal cylindric box filled with Aerosol chemicals. Aerosol fire extinguishers that are going to be produced are planned to be highly efficient at extinguishing the fire, and what is more important, they are going to be containers without pressure!
The company will be formed independently by using funds from their own sources and part of the funds are going to be provided by other sources of funding.
At the very beginning, the metal cylindric box will be produced by the use of machines for bending or pulling and afterwards, with the business progress, the fire extinguisher is going to be produced by the most advanced technology, that is 3D technology by the use of 3D printer.
The above-mentioned fire extinguisher is planned to have rather small dimensions, but it is going to be super powerful machine. This device, which is going to have wide purpose, will be filled with 50gr of aerosol chemicals, bought by other producers. The fire extinguisher is going to be 230mm long and 50mm wide. The discharge time won’t last longer than a few seconds. This device will be made of high-quality materials.
The fire extinguisher will be easy to use with a power like a large fire extinguisher, perfect for every house, places which serve food, cafes, restaurants, a car or truck. It is also a legal obligation to have such an appliance in all of these places.
Why this fire extinguisher is so unique? It’s rather small, there are no annual maintenance and costs, no residues from fire extinguishing, it’s easy and simple to handle and it’s safe too.
This portable fire extinguisher is the best choice for replacing the old fire extinguishers, like the most up-to-date product, which will help the customers to protect their houses or flats, a kitchen, a car or a garage. Having in mind that it is going to be lower volume of production, for realization of this business idea the company will need 4 operators with secondary education, who have experience and knowledge in fire extinguisher production. It is also planned to have a machine engineer who is going to plan, organize and control the process of production as well as employing external associates. After some time, by enlarging the business volume there will also appear new job opportunities.
An important role in the work success plays the marketing too. The high standards and features of our product should be presented to the public so people can find out why we are so unique and different from the others.
Our most important aim is to get people know us, to choose us, to use our devices and to recommend us to the others.
With the business development we will pay more attention to apply eco methods of production and to use alternative sources of energy. The already received energy from those alternative sources of energy will be used by the machines for production of the metal boxes. We will also pay attention on selection of the trash in the appropriate place so it can be recycled afterwards.
