Paketwseto

The main vision of Paketwseto is the creation of a new, innovative packaging, produced from recycled materials, with embodied seeds of aromatic plants that flourish in the Mediterranean basin. After use, the packaging will not be thrown in the trash cans, let alone the recycling bins, but is destined to be planted by each individual, domestically. The plants will be safe to be consumed.
What Paketwseto aims to offer to the business world, is an innovative packaging that is not only recyclable, but leaves no residue, originates from recyclable material, has zero ecological footprint and also creates new forms of life. Furthermore, by planting the packaging and with the creation of new plants, the important work of the pollinators is enhanced.
Within our target market, there are companies that are aware environmentally and that part of their mission is to combat against climate change. Furthermore, Paketwseto aims for individuals that are also environmentally aware and would sacrifice their amenities in order to protect planet Earth.
Our main revenue generation mechanism will emerge from selling our product, to companies, corporations, as well as individuals.
With regard to the experience the members of our team have to this topic, all of us are studying at the Department of Environmental Science, University of Aegean. Thus, our team is very aware environmentally, understands the importance of prevention and desertification that impinges upon our planet. Moreover, we have successfully tried to create our proper paper pulp with embodied seeds at home, in order to test the feasibility of our idea.
The unique features that could make our idea stand out is that it is entirely plantable, leaves no residue, its life cycle gets complete in a more smooth way. Paketwseto also aims to promote its mass production and use on the market, which in Greece is a relatively new idea which frightens paper pulp producers.
