Open a workshop for 3D printing

3D printing technology is gradually stepping into the vision of ordinary people and becoming a hot application technology.At present, it has been widely used in creative product design, film and television animation, leisure culture product design, digital publishing and other industries. The main product that my company will produce will be tools, tripods, gift and novelty items, and toys.With the advancement of technology and the increasing popularity of the Internet, 3D printing technology will increasingly become a tool for DIY production process.3D printing gives ordinary people the ability to manufacture, realizes the personalized design thinking of ordinary people, truly achieves the creation of the whole people, and promotes the design and expression of cultural and creative products to present more diversified features.Depending on my financial means, my idea is to buy several 3D printers with which I could do serial production of the above things.Тhe things that i will produce will be on display in the store and we will also have an online shopping site.The needs that are necessary for this business idea to be successful are: workspace for the workshop, workspace for the store, a person who will manage the online site, operators who will be trained to work with a 3D machine, people who will have knowledge of CAD / CAM software (enginners).Very important for this business idea to succeed is the chemistry in the team. There are several characteristics that each team member should have. It is necessary for each team member to understand his role, to give ideas but also to respect the ideas of others. It is necessary for each member to take responsibility for his mistakes, that way he will get more respect from the other members. It is necessary for each member to be flexible and to have a positive attitude.I plan to open 3D printing workshops in Kavadarci / Northern Macedonia, from a financial point of view I think it would have the least costs (labor, rent, bills, etc.). It would be ideal if the people I work with were from Kavadarci, but It would not be a problem if they are from another city or country. Depending on my progress in the work, I could open workshops and shops in other cities in North Macedonia or in other countries. But it is too early to talk about it now. I would like to expand my market to other countries as soon as possible because North Macedonia is a small market with low purchasing power.I chose this idea because 3D printing is an innovation that enables individuals all over the world to design their own custom products. Even if one doesn’t have the appropriate equipment, access to 3D printers (via online services) is much more widespread than with conventional manufacturing techniques.All over the world, people are discovering that 3D printing can take them to new heights. Discover these 3D printing innovations, all of which more than demonstrate the potential of additive manufacturing.The future possibilities are exponential and this is why the world is fixated on the technology. 3D printing turns the head on standard manufacturing.
