ABSTRACT

The reason for the business idea we present to you is the long-standing relationship of some members of the group with the field of folklore and specifically the connection with various cloakrooms-wardrobes, but also the desire to establish a workshop for the creation of traditional costumes. The research and study of so many years, the unorganized information of the historical-folklore elements, but also the technological development of digitalization was the fact that prompted us to study the expansion of this experience at a national and global level, through a digital application, so that anyone from anywhere can create their own traditional costume. The idea is still at an embryonic stage as no similar service exists. The reasons that create a demand for the development of this specialized application are, the preservation of the information of our cultural heritage, the facilitation of the work of the creators of the costumes, but also of the users, reducing the time of meetings with the customer (sometimes it is impossible to meet due to distance), as well as the staff that would be needed depending on the size of each business. Also, an increase in orders is forecast upon completion of this project.

DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES

myTRADstyle will provide creation services around the world. It will consist of a platform that will act as a mediator between the host manufacturers of traditional costumes and the buyers of these products. The latter will be able to do market research but it will be necessary to create a profile in order to be able to access the digitized designs and, by extension, the prices provided. More specifically, they will have access to the raw materials provided by each manufacturer, in order to choose the advantageous option for each design, idea and taste. The application is quite friendly to all potential users, avoids losses, costly delays and ultimately ensures the user is not left without having their needs satisfied.

TECHNOLOGICAL REQUIREMENTS

We will design a simple and easy way to carry out the processes. With the use of a platform and mobile app, with a connection to cloud computing, it will serve so that users can easily find the right manufacturer for them, and the one that will be most readily available, while the latter, in turn, will process the requests with the right to counter-propose improvements, changes or even rejections in some cases. Financial transactions are made in a secure environment through the services offered by banks and the possibility of interest-free installments.

ORGANIZATIONAL FEASIBILITY

Each of founders have distinct abilities, which are divided into the following roles:

In this way, they complement each other creatively towards the objectives of the business idea, in accordance with the existing professional training. The long-term goal is to find people with even more specialized experience and integrate them into our team.
