MMP - multifunctional mini projector

MMP is a multifunctional mini projector with IP code for water resistant for practical uses by people who have something to present. It can be connected by USB, HDMI and Bluetooth. It has average volume sound speakers and AUX for stronger volume. Its AMOLED display provides the loaded information, battery percentage, touch buttons, the 4K technology working with a lense and also one of its greatest features - the smart scroll –scrolling by simply moving your eyes. It provides 8 hours lasting battery only by one charging with wireless plate and universal charger. On the top of the hand projector there is a rotating holder where the lense is placed, allowing to show the presentation in any angle you want. Its LED light has the ability to easily adapt with natural light which results with a perfect picture. The earset microphone that you get along with the projector is for voice commands such as “pause”,”play” etc. Every microchip that is built in this device has maximum use in every function. MMP with its multifunctional usage and the help of the business model canvas will position itself perfectly on the market and it is pretty plausible that it will contribute for bigger income.
MMP will affect education (because of the nowadays interactive teaching) and CAL programs containing presentations, businesses (meetings and marketing) and ordinary consumers. So instead of bringing computer, speaker, projector etc. to make this work, MMP will simplify the process.

Firstly, we will conduct a market research survey to scan consumers’ needs. The advertisement will run via the marketing technique 2:1:1 (owned, earned, paid), TV, giving away samples to internationally known schools to increase the demands and consumption by testing, social networks and our company official website. The last step of our marketing strategy is wholesale with a special discount depending on the demand.
