Making and selling print on demand t-shrits

The main product that will be produced by our company is custom printed t-shirts but there will also be original designs created by our illustrating team.
Our customers will have the ability to create a totally custom shirt. They will be able to choose the material and style of the shirt as well as the image or graphic they want on eighter the front or back of the shirt. Whatever they decide will be printed, whether it is an image or a slogan it will be printed on the shirt.
We have segmented the market into two groups, organized by the type of product that will be purchased. The first group will be customers that desire an already created graphic image and the second group are those that prefer custom artwork to be placed on their shirt. We have decided to divide the market by the products that they purchase because it offers easy method of targeting the two different groups.
We will advertise our products on social media and our website. Our company will join all social media including but not limited to Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok and we would love to work with affiliates on Pinterest.
We will network with social media stars like Emily Luciano, Jen Selter, Patrick Janelle, Brandon Stanton and more. We would also love to work with different YouTubers and streamers to create merchandise.
Our company’s main shop will be located in New York, but we are planning to have smaller shops located all around the world. Our products will be shipped internationally with no additional cost, making it available even to lower class members of society. Our main income will be our service for printing custom designed t-shirts. Some of our other products that will generate income will be fully customizable mugs, backpacks, notebooks as well as pillowcases.
Our team will be skilled in the latest printing technologies as well as how to use the latest social media apps and websites for advertising our business. We will provide training for our employees to achieve said skillset. There are a several employee development methods such as job rotation, assistant-to positions, lecture courses and seminars, committee assignment and simulations. This will help our employees produce high quality performance and it will also provide competitive advantage over others in the industry.
