The basic idea is to develop an app, where random people living in a close area, can group up. And do activities such as going hiking on a mountain, playing sports, going cycling, organizing a tournament in chess, or something else. In the very busy everyday life, people find it hard to do activities as mentioned above. Usually, these activities are done with friends or people you know, but not rarely our schedules do not match up, for various reasons. So, if I want to play basketball tomorrow I can choose a place, the court where I want to play, through an interactive map of my city. Organize two or three friends of mine, and set an event on the app, naming the place, date, and preferred players, depending on various skill levels, that users chose themself(later you can rate them based on your experience..). For the basketball event, I need six people let's say, I have three of my friends and me, so I need two more to come from the app, for us to play basketball. The market for starter can be localized in two or three major cities, Skopje and Thessaloniki, eventually the idea can be adapted globally. Just like Snapchat or Instagram. The main revenue will be similar to all other applications, generated from advertisements, sponsorships, and organized events. I came up with this idea, from my own experiences of the hardship of sometimes finding people to play football, basketball, or any other sport. Besides playing a sport professionally, it's hard to organize people to play recreationally. Speaking on distributing this app in Skopje, it will be pretty easy . Because I know a lot of young people interested in sports, having this kind of problems.And for sure Globally. With a single click, they can organize a sports event and enjoy the game without having to base their schedule to their friends. They can find new friends and be noticed when their preferred other users are looking for a game or have scheduled one, for you to join. The city’s sport venues will be mapped out on a interactive map. This idea is a great success, the outcome mainly will depend on how much funding it gets and how globally it get’s spread. Needing some minor adjustments for other cities, like mapping out the city’s sport venues. There are plenty of online maps available now. There will be chat lobbies , where you can arrange who must bring the ball etc. Users will have to register throughout their phone numbers and send a verification code, to prevent creation of more accounts from one person. Ultimately this will contribute to user quality, while using the app. The app will be translated to every language in use, to assure that elder people get to also use it, to play chess or cards game. The team managing the app, will be responsible for acquiring advertising and promoting the app. Once it is developed it will require minimum maintenance and depending on the number of users it will generate revenue. The magic word is socialization.
