Notably, there appears to be a dearth of efficient mechanisms for swiftly comparing prices or service packages offered by various cleaning firms. Moreover, Greece's demographic exhibits a notable segment of the populace actively seeking supplementary employment opportunities, driven by economic imperatives or personal motivations.
Concurrently, prevalent unemployment rates propel many individuals to engage in sporadic employment endeavors to alleviate financial strains. The envisioned platform seeks to bridge these gaps by facilitating seamless connections between such individuals and Airbnb hosts in need of their cleaning expertise. Furthermore, we offer customizable cleaning packages tailored to meet the discerning needs of the consumers.
Moreover, platforms offering analogous services elsewhere typically boast relatively low operational expenses, owing to streamlined expenditure. Beyond customary maintenance costs, encompassing server upkeep and application security, there exists an additional outlay allocated to potential liability expenses in the event of unforeseen issues.Conversely, our primary revenue streams are delineated by fees levied for facilitating contact between the involved parties, alongside supplementary charges should the consumer opt to procure one of our bespoke, adaptable cleaning packages. Notably, data aggregation has emerged as a lucrative sector over the past decade, with the potential to yield substantial revenue through the acquisition and subsequent sale of data to third-party entities or advertisers.
As a collective comprised of university students majoring in computer science and engineering, our team possesses a substantial breadth of knowledge pertaining to app and platform development, alongside ancillary requirements inherent to these domains. Through rigorous academic coursework and supplemental self-directed study, we have acquired foundational comprehension of market dynamics and rudimentary business principles.
To encapsulate the distinctive feature of our concept: it is a platform facilitating communication between consumers and businesses, as well as private contractors. While similar websites exist, there is currently no comparable platform of this magnitude specifically tailored to the region of Greece. Moreover, the aspect of communication between private contractors and Airbnb hosts remains largely unexplored not only in Greece but in Europe in general.
