Insurance technology an alternative to job creation.
Inkare is an insurance brokerage company exchanging skills for insurance license contract. We sell insurance licenses to employers seeking for labor force for a minimum 3-days working contract and then granting these licenses to people's or jobseekers available for the task.
We believe in solutions that can impact more lives and provide many opportunities for disadvantage communities.
According to the UNCTAD organization, 478 millions peoples lived in extreme poverty and under the poverty line of 1.90$ PPP (Purchasing Power Parity) low per day in 2021. A considerable number estimated to increase after the Covid 19 pandemic.
This therefore brings a conclusion about the insurance sector in these countries. Giving that a substantial number of developing countries like Cameroon are facing the problem of finding a job and respectively they earn low incomes. That is no matter how much they would like to insure their property or life, they don't have the financial possibility of doing that.
Target Market: Companies, SMEs and individuals searching for help in their projects and willing to recrute skilled people's for specific tasks.
In the other hand people's aiming to purchase insurance products and unfortunately having limited or no money to acquire it.
We shall proceed by collaborating with Insurance Companies and Recruiting industry.
Then build a platform where jobseekers can easily search for an available job in their region base on their skills and personal capacities, with the main objective to be insured and gain avantage on network opportunity with the employer.
As any insurance brokerage company with aim to earn money through commission for insurance products sold to Companies, SMEs and individuals searching for skilled workers. While Recruiting Companies will earn by gaining some 10% fees on any first month income earned by the jobseekers or unemployed youth.
Currently the only team member Is the project owner, Julio Ngankam. As the project rises, Inkare will look to add more employee to assist in various positions using our recruiting mechanism that could help grow the company.
We exist to be the world's renowned platform that enhance employment through the insurance sector. We creat a solution that foster social values by enhancing human development and facilitating job creation, increase insurance distribution amongst it's stakeholders.
This project will enable the formalization and growth of unemployed youth.
Creat decent jobs opportunities for youth or adults age 16to 65 years old. And help in achieving sustainable development of the African economy by building insurance adapted to the poor.
That said we are the only company that connect insurance and job creation simultaneously.
