Our topic is a website-application where each employee can express his complaints anonymously about his employer either because he has not been paid or because hygiene conditions are violated, etc.He can express himself freely without fear of dismissal or retribution.
Our company will then do an independent investigation to determine if the complaint is valid, and if so, the case will be taken over by one of our professional officers.

The motivation of human objectives in a business we are going to find ways to meet the needs of our employees, so that they feel valued and supported, for example we will pay pay them with competitive salaries also we will provide them safer and more health-conscious working environments as for the end we will offer employee perks, like unlimited vacation or team appreciation events so they have a better outcome as a team. As for the economical growth we are focusing in 3 categories survival, profit earning and growth. First we will assure that we are making enough revenue to cover the costs so we have a healthy business. Beyond business survival, we need to make a profit from it because the company council need to have a salary and with the extra profit will help grow our business more. As for the end we want to grow our business as high as possible so more people assisted by our organization.
