CNC machine

CNC machines are the most sufficient and very powerful machines. They are highly required and desirable by many people, but they are too expensive at present they are only used in some big companies and factories. The main product that my company will produce will be tools, tripods, gift and novelty items, and toys. My business plan is to have more CNC machines and to do work for some small businesses that require CNC machine but cannot afford to get one. Depending on my financial means, in the beginning my idea is to buy several CNC machines. The needs that are necessary for this business idea to be successful are: workspace for the workshop, operators who will be trained to work with CNC machines, people who will have knowledge of CAD / CAM software (engineers). For this to work the most important members will be the one to work in the workshop because my idea is to manufacture the parts that are the designed from other companies, but we will also have our engineers that are hired by us if some company hire us to do the whole project. For this business idea to succeed It is necessary for each team member to understand his role, to give ideas but also to respect the ideas of others. It is necessary for each member to take responsibility for his mistakes, that way he will get more respect from the other members, It is necessary for each member to be flexible and to have a positive attitude. I plan to open this workshops in Kavadarci / Northern Macedonia, from a financial point of view I think it would have the least costs, because I have the space and workshop and I also have some of the stuff that is necessary for this to work. It would be ideal if the people I work with were from Kavadarci, but It would not be a problem if they are from another city. I would like to expand my market to other countries as soon as possible because North Macedonia is a small market with low purchasing power. I chose this idea with CNC machines because I saw the need in the companies around North Macedonia for CNC machines also I saw the usage of them so I think that this is a great idea. CNC machines can be used for so much more that we can think off because they are used for heavy stuff like metal parts for cars and others industries also are used in toy making industry we can make for example paint balls which are highly required now in North Macedonia. The future possibilities are exponential and this is why the world is fixated on the technology. CNC machine can turn the head of standard manufacturing. Because is the automated control of machining tools (such as drills, lathes, mills and 3D printers) by means of a computer. A CNC machine processes a piece of material (metal, plastic, wood, ceramic, or composite) to meet specifications by following coded programmed instructions and without a manual operator directly controlling the machining operation.
