My business plan is the original Bookbusters Café, conceived as a Bookcafé, offering a wide range of services and products. It would be located at SkopjeCityPark with a space of 200m. The atmosphere and the division of the space is ideal for visitors of different ages, genders, who have different income levels, needs for different services and have different levels of education. The interior is unique, so instead of chairs there would be comfortable pillows and lazybags, and the space is additionally lit with large windows.
Visitors are usually expected to be high school students, students and staff in need of a work atmosphere. On the other hand, the atmosphere of friendship and relaxation is great. In the evening there will be a book discussion (readers' club) which is a great way to connect reading lovers.
Unlike the relatively large competition, we are introducing something new to the regional market. We offer the opportunity for relaxation and work atmosphere with a special focus on the uniqueness of the interior.
Our location allows foreign clients due to the proximity of famous hotels (Marriott, Holiday Inn) and the location which is inevitable if you are a tourist.
