The main service that i want to develop is using Belzona composite materials and industrial coatings for repairing, protecting and improving mechanical parts and facility maintenance.
The main products offer unconventional methods for protecting and repairing without hot work. Using Belzona composites the customer will reduce downtime. With the use of Belzona there is no need to buy new parts.

The products are separated in different series.
- Belzona 1000 series: metal composites for repairing shafts, housings, pipes, tanks, pump parts, compressors, heat exchangers, engine blocks, valves etc.
- Belzona 2000 series: elastomers for rebuilding and protecting rubber parts such as transporting belts, excavators tires, pump impellers etc.
- Belzona 3000 series: waterproofing polymeric materials for roofs, pipes, tanks, flanges, HVAC systems etc.
- Belzona 4000 series: composite materials for concrete repair and protection, chemical resistant coatings for floors etc.
- Belzona 5000 series: barrier coatings resistant to aggressive chemicals, slippery resistant coatings etc.

These materials are used in almost every industry such as mining industry, chemical industry, cement industry, food and drink industry, water and wastewater industry, sugar industry, pulp and paper industry, pump industry, powerplant industry, oil and gas industry, steel industry, marine industry, petrochemical industry, pharmaceutical industry etc.

The main revenue is generated by offering products and services for fast and durable solutions to a customer. The customers are deciding to use Belzona more and more because it is cost effective and in some scenarios even better than the original parts. Also the repair time is shorter than the delivery time of new parts especially with the new situation with the Covid 19 pandemic and the war in Ukraine.

To gain experience in applying these materials, how to mix and apply them as well as material selection, training is required. These trainings are organized in the factory that is located in Harrogate, England. The basic training lasts 5 days and with this training people acquire basic knowledge. There are special trainings for acquiring knowledge for applying specific materials and solving specific problems. Some customers want to work and apply the materials themselves and that is why the factory organizes trainings for customers as well. These trainings last 2 to 3 days. Of course training is just the basis for building additional experience. Also each country has its own distributor of Belzona materials who can also provide training for its employees and its clients. I would like to mention that I have participated in a training organized in a firm in Skopje and that I have some basic knowledge in how to work with Belzona materials because I have done some small applications myself. I also plan to go to Harrogate very soon for the training so I can upgrade my knowledge and be ready to face problems and find solutions for them. It should be mentioned that every new employee will go through basic training held either by me or by the Belzona country distributor so they can start working ready and upgrade their knowledge further every day.
