A new innovative donation platform

We are developing an entirely innovative donation platform (app & website), making donations easier, quicker and more effective than ever! What is creative and different about carexchange is the ranking of charities based on their product needs. This way, people can see which charity needs their help the most at the time of the donation, while at the same time, instead of just giving money, they can exchange their financial donation straight into goods through our platform. That leads to more trustful and effective donations from the customer’s perspective, while charities save time & money from informing, publishing and managing their needs.

Our customer segment is the General public (B2C), financially able to afford donations and capable of using smartphone/web applications.
Small-Medium Businesses are pursuing CSR actions.

We have two software engineers (Students of computer engineering at University of Patras) in our team, currently developing the carexchange app, website & charity interface.

Antonis has successfully participated in and led numerous national & international projects & competitions in school and university; he and his team were voted People of the Year in Patras for 2017 in Science/Education.
Panagiotis has excellent work experience in start-ups and living abroad at a young age, while being a top student both in school & university.
Alexandros already has extensive work experience in IT & application development while being one of the best students in his university year.
Paris has worked on many university programming projects and has a distinctive talent in mathematics, finding success in high-level mathematical competitions.

We know that our young age might be a disadvantage to many. However, we know we are the right team to take on complex challenges and transform weaknesses into strengths, using our young age as a great marketing tool for the growth of carexchange.
