					IntelliSense is a B2B company that will revolutionize how we look at heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, using the latest ICT technologies such as IoT and AI. We know that HVAC systems count for about 10% of all global electricity consumption today and the IEA expects it to triple by 2050. So a more intelligent approach to the maintenance and monitoring of HVAC machines would simultaneously help the owners (e.g Retail Shops, Commercial Buildings etc), as well as the service engineers. Also, the global Smart HVAC Controls Market size was USD 9.67 billion in 2022.
Most people think of the Internet of Things (IoT) as a way to connect devices in their homes or offices to the internet so they can be controlled remotely. However, the potential applications of IoT extend far beyond the home, into commercial and industrial settings.
IoT-enabled HVAC systems can provide several benefits over traditional systems. For example, they can allow for real-time monitoring of energy use, meaning that energy can be used more efficiently. Additionally, they can provide alerts when maintenance is needed, meaning that HVAC systems can be kept in an optimal condition more easily. Finally, they can be used to create more comfortable working environments, by automatically adjusting temperature and humidity levels based on the needs of occupants.

Our business idea is to create an IIoT-enabled HVAC system that can be used in commercial and industrial buildings. This system will be able to connect to the internet and allow for remote monitoring and control.
Our company will provide two smart devices with a cloud infrastructure that can monitor fully the HVAC machines, providing real-time data for temperature and door status in the cooling chamber, energy consumption, temperature, and pressure in the compressor unit. Furthermore, we will take advantage from the state of the art AI algorithms that will provide our customers with predictive maintenance solutions. Some of the benefits are 1) reduced downtime, 2) increased equipment lifespan, 3)improved comfort, 3)lower energy costs, 4)increased reliability and 5)reduction of maintenance costs.
