Our company will deal with the developement of an application,which will solve the problem of monitoring people with kinds of neurological diseases, such as Alzheimer, Dementia etc. Furthermore its uses will include the elderly ,in order for the relatives to know about the person. The relatives of the person will be able to purchase our app and install it in their mobile phones. The band will connect once through bluetooth with the applcation and after that the application will be able to connect remotely.The band needs to be purchased seperately. The application will operate through a band worn in hand, that will send information, such as the persons location (coordinates), pulse, oxygen in blood, number of steps, acceleration. The application will watch for normal levels of those variables and if they're exceeded, the application will send a warning to the user. Further information will be used by the application , that will be typed by the user, such as full name, age, height and weight. The personal rights of target people, which our application is trying to protect, were taken into consideration, by requiring their consent before the application is used.
As stated in the first paragraph, our app market consists of people, whose relative -relatives suffer from neurological diseases or belong to the elderly group. The two groups need to be monitored constantly, so that their security is ensured. The application market is not bounded by borders ,because anyone with a phone and a band can download it and use it. The revenue will be built from a subscription model, which will require yearly payments. In addition to the yearly subscription the app needs to be purchased once from the mobile store, in order to be installed, also the first year of subscription will be included to the purchase. Our team consists of experienced computer engineers, designers and programmers, who have developed many apps in the past. Our idea was inspired by watching lost people advertisments on TV and we thought of the application, trying to solve that very problem of losing people. The magic is locating your loved ones, with the "push of a button", being able to save them from all kinds of dangers, that plagued them in the past, reducing the number of missing persons and making the world a safer place for people in need.
