CaeSar is a company that sells patented special weapon technology. The technology consists of a design for a lethal dart gun, without darts. We want to create darts that are basically untraceable after deployment. To achieve that, our darts are made up of a metal alloy, mainly consisting of the element caesium. Caesium is a chemical element, an alkali. More specifically, it’s referred to as an Alkali metal. Alkali metals aren’t typical metals, and they usually have uncommon properties. In our case, caesium has a low melting point at 28.5°C. The human body has a temperature of more than 36°C, above caesium’s melting point, which means if a dart of caesium is fired into the human body it would melt. When the caesium fully melts what is left behind is only a mosquito-like bite. Nonradioactive caesium compounds are only mildly toxic, therefore, the caesium by itself wouldn’t do enough to be considered lethal. That is why our caesium darts will contain a deadly poison which causes an immediate heart attack. The poison used could be digoxin, or any similar plant-based poison. After the caesium melts in the body, it would violently react with the water in the blood, somewhat resembling tiny explosions, further spreading the poison it contains. Apart from the caesium darts, we will also be designing the prototype for the dart gun they’re fired from. The gun will resemble a pistol that fires using compressed air and will contain a small chamber to house a cooling liquid needed to keep the caesium solid.
In today’s world, political propaganda and diplomacy are very often more crucial than war. The use of state secret services is higher than ever, and countries rely on them to keep the peace. That subsequently increases the need for the technology used by these services to be top of the line. If it’s made easier for more initiative to be taken by these state organizations, it will lead to less wars breaking out and less lives being taken. War begins where diplomacy ends, at the cost of a few political and military executives, millions of lives will be saved. Furthermore, these assassinations will not look like murders, instead they will seem like typical heart attacks, causing less outrage and keeping public order. The dart and the poison are traceable in the blood, only if the medical examiners know what they’re looking for. Since the first autopsy will determine the cause of death to be a heart attack, the investigation will end there. In the rare case the poison is found, it won’t seem as it was shot into the body, and the death will be assumed to be poisoning from something the person ate. As a result, no political parties will be blamed.
Many weapon industries have a special weapons department, and a research team specially dedicated to researching new special weapon technologies. We will create the gun and the dart prototypes and present them to these research teams in person. Our work will not be restricted to a particular country or organization. Additionally, we could sell our patent directly to weapon industries that provide specifically to certain secret services. Our profits will come from selling the patented technology to these industries and from earning a commission on each sale. The purchase of manufacturing and distribution rights will cost 30 million euro, while our commission will be 5% of each weapon sale made. Our expenses will be the cost of making the prototype, transporting it, as well as our own travel costs. We estimate these costs to be around 20,000€ and the time for making the prototype will be about 6 months.
