The Recycle Centre

1 million plastic bottles are bought every minute, we can’t stop or reduce them, this is how some products are stored. But we can make sure that they are not thrown in nature and do not pollute it, that they are recycled and reused again, whether for bottles or for some other purpose.
They are usually made of PET plastic that can be recycled multiple times without losing its properties.
My goal is to have no more non-recycled plastic waste from the PET group. Do not end up in landfills in rivers, lakes, seas and oceans to pollute nature and interfere with the life of other animals.
How will we do that, first by making a web and mobile application we will reach every household, we will tell them what we do and how important it is to recycle and they will collect such waste for us and then we will get from them.
In a special hall that we will make, we will separate only the PET plastic, since the bottle is divided into 3 parts, a bottle, a cap and foil. We will let them through a shredder and separate into smaller pieces plastic.
Now we can make those pieces of plastic of a few millimeters in pallets for reuse and making bottles or for making a filament for 3D printers. Which is quite popular in recent years and is increasingly in demand in the market.
So we will have another web and mobile application, where our products will be sold, whether ready-made plastic in pallets, in cut-out bottles or in Filament for 3D printers. This is how we will make our earnings.
I have already got in touch with some companies that do this in our country, but only collect plastic and some companies only crush and export it, but in very small quantities they do it and it does not cover the whole country, which makes a lot of plastic ends up in landfills and pollutes nature.
The laboratory of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Skopje will be used for testing the plastic, where it will be possible to test the mechanical characteristics of the new plastic and it will be seen if there is a need for some accessories for its strengthening.
From the equipment we will need and use, special bins and bags that we will give to the households that will collect the bottles. We will collect them from them on a weekly basis or twice a week, depending on how much they collect.
Vehicles that will be taken to the place where it will be processed. A place where the components of the bottle will be separated and thoroughly cleaned with hot water to get rid of the glue used to hold the sticker. Then they will go to the crusher where it will be chopped into pieces. From here you can go directly to making pallets where certain enhancers or colors are added to have a different color or in a machine that makes a filament for 3D printing. It looks just like an injection machine in that there is a constant pressure at the outlet and the wire comes out with a certain diameter so it is wound on a special drum.
From here we can roll on small 1 kg bumpers that will be ready directly for retail or on larger bumpers for sale to larger companies using filament for printing.
