Smart Garbage Bins

The global warming is becoming a bigger and bigger issue for the environment and the planet. One of the ways to reduce the global warming is to mass recycle the trash. By recycling, less trees will be cut to make paper and less energy will be used to make metal parts.
There are selective trash bins in some places, but many people do not care about the selection (for example, they throw paper into the battery bin). Because of that, I want to make smart garbage bins. They will be placed on busy places with many people, like airports. The people will throw their trash in one bin. The bin will be with smart technology and once the trash gets in, it will select to which inside bin the trash goes. (paper, plastic, metal or battery).
This smart garbage bins can be used in every place in the world and hopefully they will become very popular. I am expecting the buyers to be government owned companies or some recycling companies.
I do not have many experience in this and I need a team to make this idea possible.
