This is no ordinary dinner it is The Mystery Machine dinner. If you are a big Scooby Doo fan this is the place for you or if you just have a big appetite for hamburgers this is also a place for you. This dinner differs from any other because of its new way of making orders and serving the customers. By that I mean digitalizing it. To be precise the menu will be shown on a big tablet where it will be put in categories like hamburgers, drinks, sweets etc. & also make direct payment with credit card. In this way it will be a lot easier for the working staff and the customers as well. Not only it will help taking orders but also you can make your own recipe by tapping on that tablet. After you are done with your order you will get a ticket with a number, the next step will be to wait for your order (if you paid with direct payment) or go to the register and put the ticket on the scanner and your order will be put in the system. We would also have a website and food delivery, besides a full-time working restaurant. The website will be made similar to the tablets but much better and efficient, if you choose to order online you can also track your order. You will be able to see on which stage is your order and follow the delivery guy. No need to worry we won’t invade your privacy we have a legal team arranging those policies. In this way customers have at disposal enough time to look at the menu and don’t feel under pressure. My location would be somewhere in the center of the city in Skopje, preferably in the neighborhood “Debar Malo. Why this exact location? Everything is here, a lot of companies, schools, public administration, and tourists. I really believe that this will work, and it will be successful because no one is using this method of doing business in this area as I plan to do. Maybe, it will be difficult at the beginning, as we will have to adopt new skills in carrying out orders, customers will have to adopt to its new gadgets, but it will be worth it! We would also be present on the social media platforms, so we can promote ourselves and make promotions or cooperation’s with other small businesses. In this way we will help each other and rise the opportunity to better reach our goals. As for the food everything is homemade and avoiding poor quality and poorly processed goods. With regard to the working staff, we will have a marketing team to ensure our popularity through the social platforms, skilled and trained waiters, a cook and a group of people helping him, 4-6 delivery guys and we plan to have 4 people in charge of the business.
