Your Personal Barista is coming to the rescue and it’s called Custom Coffee Maker. The basic idea consists of 2 main implementers, the first is a developed telephone application that anyone can download, and the second is a coffee maker connected to the same application. The phone application, called Personal Barista, will provide several types of coffee with different add-ons depending on personal preference. In general, the main page of the application will consist of 4 main options to choose from: the coffee bean manufacturer (company), the type of coffee, additions and cup design. Hence, the options will increase while making the personal choice. In addition, each person will be able to make their own unique coffee with the help of the offered options. The second part of the idea is the coffee machine, also known as Custom Coffee Maker. All that will be required from customers is to register on the phone application, where they receive their own serial number. The location of the nearby coffee machine can be automatically found on the application itself, or the customer can choose which coffee machine to pick the coffee up on a certain map. First, the buyer makes his own unique coffee. By the time the coffee is creating on the phone, through the application, the buyer receives information about the price and the time interval of coffee preparation. Once the money is brought into the coffee machine, the serial number of the telephone application then approaches the scanner, integrated into the coffee machine itself. For a time interval of 10 to 15 seconds, depending on the choice of coffee and the content of additions, the buyer will be able to pick up the coffee from the coffee machine. In this way, the problem with the set limit in the choice is solved, and at the same time it is possible to fulfill the need for the desired coffee in a few seconds and in a practical way. You are not limited in designing unique flavors and at the same time this means that you can try different types of coffee and more easily get the perfect type of coffee that will suit you. This kind of coffee machines will be accessible initially within one city - Skopje, but there is an opportunity to expand within the entire country - Macedonia. The number of coffee machines will depend on the number of places where such machines are needed, more precisely in those environments that are more often visited by people. The necessary finances to start a business would be generated by raising a loan. These finances will need to provide available resources for starting a business. In this section we can mention the resources for the production of coffee machines, coffee production and the necessary resources for launching the application software. On the other hand, the main profit will be generated the production model. More specifically, the profit is mainly concentrated on the amount of money that will be received from the coffee buyers available from the coffee machine itself. Of course, more profit will be generated if customers purchase more additions, a more expensive coffee company and a special coffee cup design. Using the phone application will be free, but it is possible to earn secondary profit from it, mainly by advertising. Sponsorships and ads will be included while using the application, and their content will be based on the type of target group that mainly uses the application.
