Rents construction and agricultural machinery

My business idea involves renting construction and agricultural equipment. Renting construction and agricultural equipment means renting bulldozers, excavators, cranes, tractors, plows, seeders, lawn mowers, combine and more. At first I would offer used mechanization in order not to burden my budget for a start-up business and then over time if the business goes well I would replace the used machines with new ones which would certainly increase the cost of rent. Many small companies find it unprofitable to buy their own special equipment because they rarely need it. These machines require maintenance and trained personnel, which further increases costs. It is much more profitable to rent special equipment. This business idea meets the needs of people who do not have enough funds and people who do not need this equipment constantly in order not to buy it because it requires a lot of maintenance and storage. It also helps people who want to start farming and who do not have enough funds to buy machinery so we are here to rent that machinery. Also, when building buildings, many people find it expensive to buy construction equipment and not use it later, so it is best to rent it in order to save money. And also when building buildings or bridges, roads and other things, renting cranes can be a very good thing considering that they are very expensive to buy and also to maintain. This business idea can be directly related to the government of any country in order to subsidize future young farmers who do not have enough funds to buy machinery, which would rent the machinery for easier start-up. Also this business mostly depends on the mechanics so it must always be maintained. My business depends on my equipment - no equipment, no rent! That's why it's so important to take good care of my equipment: Regular maintenance - notice and fix potential problems before your customers do! Quick and thorough fixes - fix all problems quickly and thoroughly so they do not cause you more problems in the future. Cosmetic repairs - my equipment should not only look like new, but it should also look like new I have to make sure to leave a good impression on (potential) clients. Due to the new situation with the pandemic and above all because the crisis has affected mostly domestic companies engaged in construction and agriculture, my business plan would first be developed in my country and will first be intended for the Macedonian market. The main mechanism for generating income is from the issuance of construction and agricultural equipment. However, if we do not have functional and sustainable equipment, it will not be issued. Therefore, the mechanization should always be maintained and never show defects when the client has rented it and performs its tasks with that machine in order for the client to rent the mechanization again. I would also create a web site to increase revenue and better communicate with future clients, as well as create Facebook and LinkedIn profiles.
