“Avocado”, is an upscale food truck focusing on providing organic, healthy and/or premium food and beverage products. Health trends at the national level have increased,For example individuals are looking for a healthier lifestyle, with less fat and more natural foods. That's where our business idea comes from.We will offer a full menu of appetizers, salads, soups, sandwiches, entrees and desserts. All products will use 100% all natural and organic ingredients.”Avocado” will primarily serve the residents within a 15-20 mile radius from our food truck. It will be placed next to the schools and the promenade, where there is more movement of people, and they will not have to travel Too further to find us.There is currently no upscale and healthy food truck in the community. In addition, we have surveyed the local population and received extremely positive feedback saying that they explicitly want to frequent our business when launched.
Our location is in a high-volume area with little direct traffic, and will thus be highly convenient to significant numbers of passerby’s each day.Market trends such as healthy and organic living support our business opportunity as well as growing awareness about the obesity epidemic and repercussions of non-nutritious eating. The most important thing here is that whole team who will work with us is previously trained by many famous chefs. While the Food Truck industry’s best years may be behind it, vendors will continue to perform well over the next five years, benefiting from consumers with deeper pockets able to spend on pricier gourmet food options. The industry is expected to enjoy a strong five years due to positive economic conditions and the gourmet food movement.Consumers are expected to demand higher-quality food, a wider variety of styles and tastes, better presentation, and, most importantly, more healthy menu options. Additionally, dwellers are also more likely to purchase meals rather than cooking at home due to their higher-than-average incomes and limited spare time. If we see that our business would go well, we would like to expand it around the country. Several locations should be selected first, and each location should be examined individually so that we can see where the most convenient place would be. We will primarily target the following few customer segments:
Stay-at-home moms: the town has a large population of stay-at-home moms who are active in the school and community. These moms often meet for lunch or coffee and” Avocado” will provide a perfect place for them to congregate.
We also expect mothers to take their children after school and for weekend snacks and meals. Students: there is a middle school and a high school in the town and the high school are within one half mile. This way, students will be able to eat healthily. Families and Couples: We expect couples and families to frequent our food truck and enjoy our dinner atmosphere. we will provide excellent customer service. ”Avocado” will blanket neighborhoods surrounding its locations with direct mail pieces. These pieces will provide general information on ”Avocado” , offer discounts and/or provide other inducements for people to frequent the food truck. We will contact all local and area newspapers and television stations to tell them about the opening and unique value proposition of ”Avocado”.
