What is a business? Business can be defined in different ways. As legal an organization focused on the realization of material goods or services for consumers. As an activity of making, buying, selling and supplying certain things for money, commerce, trade. We can define it as a term until tomorrow and make it sound different, but the goal is the same. The goal is to make money. I really admire successful people that have worked hard to create something of their own as a brand. My goal is to open a photo studio in a beautiful place where people would pass by and would be interested in my service. But to get there I have to study carefully how that world works and how it looks like. I will look at it first as a kind of practice. In that practice my skills need to be improved, and with that I will gain some experience that will help me to be of better quality. Quality in business is very important, as much more quality I show the more people will want to come to me, not the competition. Competition is just as dangerous for business. I think we need to find out everything about competitors. In addition to all these things, we need to be mentally capable to reach to where we want. Many responsibilities will stick to us from the beginning and we need to solve them one after another. In addition to solving all those problems, we should also be mentally ready if we fail.

I Business
Opening such a thing is not as simple as it seems. There are many factors which we would have to be careful not to make a mistake. The idea is too important, but without financial support there is nothing we could do. And when we receive that financial support, we must carefully analyze where we would open that studio, what kind technology we would rent or buy, what prices we would charge customers (consumers) etc. We can get that financial support in different ways and in different places. If the entrepreneur's family has enough money aside or in a bank it could help him with finances right away, but if the entrepreneur does not find himself in such a financial position (position) where he could afford it, he would have to create a perfect and accurate business plan in order to attract some investors or to apply and present that plan to the state in order to give credit. That financial support is a big step towards success. With those resources I will rent a nice space in a clear place in the middle of the boulevard where people are the most active. I will rent or buy technology that would improve the quality of the photos raised by some degree. I would already check them all within a radius of one to two kilometers competitors to find a certain so-called balance and I will try to follow the WORLD TRENDS in this business.

II required business plan
A business plan is just a tool to turn our vision into a concrete path for to be able to realize it. It means turning a dream into concrete numbers and calculations in concrete steps that we will have to take in the upcoming years. Everyone has its own reputation. A business plan has a reputation for being true to something. Now with the question, why do those investors see if the business plan is quality when 99% of cases do not turn out like that? The answer is that in the business plan you say how you would solve problems and risks, and with that, you show your intelligence. Like Elon Musk, on an interview he calls people and does not ask them if they were in college etc. He asks them if they had problem in life and how they solved it. After that he can quite see if the man is intelligent.

III Elements contained in the business plan
The business plan contains many elements. For each of them I will say something as short as I can so you can have an idea of what it is about. The first thing I would do is cover. It is the first page that encounters the reader. What should the cover page contain? Must contain a logo (image), name of business, slogan, title of the document, type of business in three words, name and surname for the developer of the business plan. There should be content after the cover page. In my case the content is already mentioned above several times. The mission and the goal are also mentioned above, but I will mention again that I want to open that photo studio, to make a profit and to expand my business. Analysis of industry or a particular profession. This means that I will have to know all the possible questions. Every business is exposed to risks. If the business plan is effective it can reduce the risks, or at best erase. Preparing a social plan media is also given in detail above. Marketing strategy and implementation is interesting element, it's like playing chess with competitors. Preparation for sale strategy is also stated above and I see it as playing chess.

IV The large number of factors
As soon as we receive that financial support, it is stated above that there are many factors which we must focus on. Those factors are: the space in which you will work, technology / equipment, its location and the number of people who will work. What space can we rent and what would we do in the following cases? Space is very important. That space can be rented with equipment and without equipment, may be empty. If we rented empty space, we would have to renovate as soon as possible in order to look nice to customers. When customers come and see everything around them is arranged, they will assume that the boss is serious and of good quality. The next step after the renovation would be to rent or buy equipment. The equipment should be of good quality, but not so expensive. The problem with expensive equipment is that if we were to start a business and if that equipment has a defect, we would not have the money to replace it. I stated what you should do if you rent empty space. If the space is medium and there is no equipment, we would had to focus on renting / buying quality equipment. But I still stand behind that while we are beginners it would be good not to waste money and not to take expensive equipment. And if we rent a place that is renovated and equipped, we have to take a look at what it is equipped with. When you rent something, any damage done at the same time the owner will claim damages. We have to analyze everything inside how much it is worth and whether it is of good quality or not. I explained briefly what we need to do with that space, but I also need to explain that location is of huge importance. By location in my case we mean any location in a city where there is a high mobility of people. The more mobility of people the more chances an interested and potential customer comes to my door. And when it comes to employees, it is too early to think at this stage. First we must see if any profit will be made at all. If we get to the stage where we overwork, it means we have more clients and a lot of work. That is when we could hire someone and give him a percentage of what he does as a salary. Following these steps I think I would succeed in this business.

What did I conclude from all this? I concluded that the whole world is developing in certain professions. In those professions mine is included. Instead of standing on the side watching the world develop, I love to be a part of that development. I could profit from that. I concluded that in today modernized time everyone wants to have certain memories etc. I would be happy to help, but also to be paid for it. There is nothing is without money. What motivates me? Every person is motivated by something different. I am motivated by money. Money has an effect on your health, mental state and can bring you a lot of things you can enjoy in. Apart from money, what else motivates me? It motivates me to be successful. I need to be successful for myself first and feel successful not only as a boss, but also as a person.
