E-Gaming Course

The idea was planted in my head when I was playing online video games. I was constantly getting beaten and I wanted to get better at the game but had nowhere to gather any quality knowledge and information suited for me in order to improve. As of now, I don't believe there are any online courses or coaching for video games specifically in the Balkan or in my region. As time passes the video game market is vastly expanding and so there are a lot of opportunities to generate income implementing various ideas. Young adults are really competitive and want to be the best at what they do and always seek improvement. My idea specifically would be opening an online course where customers would be able to pick out what type of coaching service they need provided by one of coaches. The coachings would be held one on one with the customer as to guarantee the best possible result. The coaches that would work in the firm would be previously interviewed about previous work experiences, what kind of attitude they have, and most importantly the skill which they posses in the video game they would coach in. Every coach would have their own game they coach in. The generation of revenue would work in this way: a customer books an appointment with one of our coaches which would cost around 40 euros and last for about 2 hours. The coaches would have a percentage salary. For example if that day they coached 4 students they would generate 160 euros of which they would take 40% of that value. Now some people will say then why wouldn't the coaches coach individually and take all 160euros for themselves. That is because it is very hard to find customers without a proper website and a name behind you. On our website there will be reviews for all our coaches and the number of coachings they had. That is in order for the coaches to have motivation to better themselves in their communication skills as well as their skills in the game so they can relay them to the customer. There will be bonuses at the end of the month to the coach that had best reviews. Each coach could work for however long they wanted as long as there are clients. There will be an option for the customer to demand a refund if they aren't satisfied with the service and if we consider that to be the case then there would be a refund. Every session would be filmed and would be stored for up to a week before being deleted for reasons like refunds and such. There will be a special price provided by us (not the coaches) for every customer that has booked us 2 times and wants to book us for the third time, there will be a 50% discount. Our company will basically be the middle man in the negotiation between the coaches and the clients. One of the biggest benefits is that we can work with clients all over the world without any problems. As the businesses grows there will be a chance to hire more coaches and then only the sky would be the limit.
