Thanks to the development of human consciousness, the increased intolerance to certain foods and beverages, as well as the more frequent practice of a healthy lifestyle and diet, there is more and more talk about animal rights and the consumption of foods of plant origin. Animal abuse, rising emissions and the complete dysfunction of the ecosystem are increasingly pushing people to lead a vegan lifestyle. Therefore, we make sure that more and more citizens pay attention to what they put in their plate and keep it "clean" of meat, milk, dairy products and other types of food of animal origin. The restaurant "Flora" is a vision for healthier food and the reduction of the above problems, both in nature and in each individual equally. Vision for safe, quality, plant-based, GMO-free food that will not have any harmful effects. Our goal is to eliminate the harmful effects of the meat and dairy trade and to insist on a vegan lifestyle. Considering the market opportunities in the Republic of Macedonia and in the region, we came to the conclusion that there is a lot of room to start such a business, because with the very establishment, the awareness of customers for the above problems and dysfunctions will be immediately raised. Today's restaurants care very little about healthy eating, much less reduce the supply of meat and dairy products. Restaurants of a similar nature as the restaurant "Flora" are in very small numbers, in fact non-existent. Here we see the biggest advantage for development and success. The biggest problem, critical factor for success, would be the buyers: first of all, their modest budget, as well as their hard-changing taste and lifestyle. We do not know how customers might react to a change in their diet, but due to the growing relevance of these extremely important topics, we are enthusiastic that the adaptation will be carried out without major difficulties and the restaurant will be widely accepted. The restaurant "Flora" offers the best vegan, gluten-free and GMO-free food in the region. With the help of our specially trained staff and professional chefs, the food is prepared in the most sophisticated way possible, provided by international cooking standards. The building itself is in a great, comfortable location with a good atmosphere, quiet music and great light. The service does not only consist of the offer of food, but also the space, ambience and comfort. We prepare food that can be consumed on the premises of the restaurant, as well as delivery, catering service and food to carry. We offer many types of dishes (appetizers, main dishes, desserts, drinks, appetizers), which are exclusively grown and imported according to European standards. The food utensils are made of ceramic coating, porcelain and stainless steel, which keep the food fresh.
