Production of sensors for multiple applications

As technology improves with time it is useful to venture into it and grow a business that could produce sophisticated technology that will sell well in the industry. The main product that this business idea focuses on is sensors that have multiple applications from the automotive industry to electronics etc.At first we plan to target our market in Macedonia which doesn’t have advanced companies thet we know of for developing sensors so I think that this is a great opportunity for a good start of this business and as it grows we will indulge into the vast world market to find other opportunities. To get into detail of how this business can establish a stable revenue generating machine I will explain a simple strategy that sounds simple but it will take time reach its full potential . To maintain stable revenue we need to keep our costumers in place and for that we need to be maintaining a high amount of quality in our products especially if we target bigger companies and businesses so that we would be ready to sell our product when they acquire it and every time it will meet their standards , for this we would need highly qualified engineering staff that will work on new inovative ideas and take care of maintaining high standards of our final product and that is where our unique features come, the engineering staff is the engine that powers our business and that is where we will invest the most, our staff will have research centers and laboratories for scientific research that will help to improve and make our products unique and work on their improvement while researching and growing the product with new abilities and qualities and so presenting the improvements to our partners and make a mutual flow of ideas for updating both of our products. We will employ engineers from every engineering university and even pay scholarships for young talents that might help us in our venture and in the same time help them grow their careers in this field, at first we will start with the local universities and even track down young talents from primary school and constantly work to improve them and encourage them to indulge in this field and do their own research and as our firm grows we would be able to employ students from all over the world even from the best universities. Those are our essential needs , investment into engineering staff, and for that reason we plan to make our engineers the most paid in this field another strategic step into hiring more qualified staff in other words we want the best of the best working for us in order to succeed, for this we will need a lot of financial support and we plan on taking loans even encourage other partners to work with us in order to succeed it will be a hard path but we intend on succeeding beacuse we have maid a great plan and hope that other’s will join us in this venture.
