This idea for my business comes from the need of the city and the state for a unique, own personal hygiene kit that is now a market trend, although there are technical markets and hair shops that offer similar services. Technical markets and the hair shops do not always have the services that customers need. All the services I will offer are haircuts and shavers, hairdressing services and tools that will allow hairdressers and buyers to buy the product.
The quality and design of the service are unique and cheap compared to the competition.
Customers would buy the service because there are no hairdressing shops in our area, which gives a great advantage over the competition. The service is intended for legal entities and individuals, the target group of potential customers is to be satisfied with the services themselves. Potential consumers who will buy the service are most often expected to be teenagers, adults, regardless of their gender, because the services I offer characterize today's lifestyle. The basic motivation to get customers to buy these services is the need for them to look neat and confident, because appearance is the first thing interlocutors see when talking to each other, that’s how the name of the business came Trim&Win.
The market will take place in Macedonia, if there is progress the business will be able to make a franchise around the world. Customers will be able to buy the product in the store or buy it online through the original page of the business. All products that will be sold and will be in stock will be attached to the site. Online will enable attracting more customers and faster growth of the business itself.
In terms of experience, it is enhanced by working and learning something new every day so that the business can make progress that will satisfy consumers as well. Now that I work alone it will be a big challenge, because you have to pay close attention to the services that customers will ask for, the products must be recognizable in order to give an accurate answer regarding the interest of the buyer himself. Recognition of products such as gels, waxes, balms and other products used is necessary because not all of them are of good quality and cause side effects.
One of the unique features of this business idea is that this business in Macedonia does not exist, I think it will be a great advantage in terms of the uniqueness and progress of the business itself. It is something new that has not been done yet, I think the idea is quite good and will be accepted by consumers and will meet their needs.
Another unique feature is that the services I will offer will be quite good and quality, or as they say, quality before quantity.
The third unique feature is that the business is presented as a mix of technology market products and hair shop as a whole, instead of being divided into 2 parts.
