The service we will be providing is construction(building architecture), including interior decoration. We cover the needs of simple people who want to build their homes from scratch and/or companies who are interested in creating their own safe workspace to cover its own needs. Our market will mainly consist of greek buyers and if we are proven successful we will be able to work abroad. The revenue will be paid in two parts,once before designing the plans and when the design has been completed and built.As soon as a small portion of the price is paid,we will move forward to designing the building plans and we will recruit the neccessary assets to start work.Afterwards,once the blueprint is completed,we will finish up the first part of the architecture process and move to the second part; the interior.Once this part is also completed,we will be revieving the rest of the money we requested,as long as the customer is satisfied.

Even though our team is not thoroughly experienced, we are hungry for success and look forward to the challenges we will face,as a team. Our idea has some uniques features to differentiate it from competition.First of all,during the blueprint process, a 3D model we will created in order to give our client a chance to preview the model of the construction we are about to start.This will give them an idea of what the building will look like, as well as the interior of it.Secondly,regarding the homing facilities we will built,sensors will be placed for people in need(the blind,elderly,etc...),in order to help them be at ease in their new home.For example,the sensors will alert the client about hazards in the housing facility,needs and/or give instructions(ex.to blind people about the position of random objects in their path around the house).
