Description
The idea for the "CEGUS"(Career Experience for Undergraduate Students) application was created by our need as undergraduate students for work and professional experience in our field of study.
The lack of information and internship leads many young people in Greece to complete their studies without a clear picture of a job in which they specialize.
Our goal is to give students the opportunity to work in their field in order to gain experience, previous service and acclimatize to the work environment.
We found a way to put it into practice by implementing an application in collaboration with companies that operate in Greece and provide jobs with specific criteria.
In more detail, companies will create ads, either short-term or long-term, that will list the "skills" required.
In turn, students will be able to create a "profile" giving information about their "skills" and look for relevant ads.
* Criteria *
At the same time there will be criteria that will be set by each company to find an employee such as:
- The student's grade in the courses of immediate interest
- The year of study located
As well as criteria set by the application in order of priority:
- Family / Financial situation of an individual
- Lead for students not studying in their permanent residence
- Absence of previous service in the specific field or internship
- No other employment.
It should be noted that the selection of the job by the students is done with the companies that cooperate with their school, within the prefecture where they study
Another goal of ours through this "project" is to keep students in the domestic work environment in order to reduce economic and student migration, thus strengthening the academic system of Greece and its businesses.
The application is rewarding for students who are enrolled only in Greek universities.
* Financial Plan*
In the initial stage,
- The companies will pay 500 euros per year for their registration in the system.
- The registration of students will be done for 0.50 euros per month.
- Charge 100 euros per student employment.
If the student's employment contract exceeds six months, the company has to pay 50 euros extra.

Our goal is to give students the opportunity to work in their field with a basic salary, health insurance and legal hours work.Offering decent jobs to students we contribute to the financial assistance of themselves and their families.We also contribute to economic growth as we help businesses recruit new people.
