jobsforall.mk

Description
Main product and idea:
This app is meant for the people that want to save time. Every person that wanted to find a job in today's time has been met with multiple obstacles: "send your CV to the email provided below" (90 % of the time there's no feedback), some job posts are with a finished deadline, and in some cases there's no feedback even after the interview. All the job posts are unfiltered and on the same page, for some there's missing information, etc. This application serves as a solution to all that, giving security, speed and a neat distribution. The product comes in 2 forms: an app and a webpage.

How it works:
Companies/employers and job hunters can make a profile, and by selective distribution be matched with each other. The idea is the people that are looking for a job to put in their CV on the web page from a provided template, and then only be able to see the job posts that they are qualified to apply to. The benefit is present for the companies as well, to avoid having underqualified people signing up. The unique feature about this is that by knowing that they are already matched, the employer can then provide interview dates, or for a one time gig a time of execution so that the person can just show up there and possibly be hired on the spot! To avoid having no feedback, it is a duty for the company/employer to provide one with a deadline of 7 days after the interview, on the app itself (otherwise facing a fine, before which they sign a terms and conditions agreement). The idea is to have a safe environment for people to look for jobs and for employers to find a working hand in an efficient, guaranteed manner.

Where:
The current market is in the country of Macedonia, and the first goal we’ve assigned to ourselves is to have it be on a national level, the go-to page for job advertisements. Beside that there's no limit to where or how it will expand and end up.

Revenue generation:
Signing up is free for both parties, but revenue goals will be reached by fees to put up a job post for a set period of time (counted on a weekly basis) and by offering job posts to be promoted on the page. Applicants can apply for a maximum of 5 positions monthly and to increase that to unlimited they can pay an additional fee, and they can also pay a fee to be able to see where they are most qualified for. To avoid having applicants create multiple profiles, they’d have to provide some personal information when creating the account, including their National ID number. Another way is having advertisements on the page.

The target group consists of every person that needs a job, internship, one time employment, part-time work, full-time work, as well as the companies/employers looking for a working hand.

The team:
Marija S. and Evgenija C.

We've both been in each of our potential clients shoes, meaning we've experienced the difficulties in finding a job for ourselves and finding jobs for other people (because we have prior working experience as Talent Acquisition Specialists.
